Sam Lee is the President of College Planning Corp., CPC Prep, and the Aspiring Youth Foundation, as well as the author numerous guides to achieving admissions. Sam has successfully assisted hundreds of college students with gaining admittance to Ivy League schools and other highly selective academic programs. He is also a visiting lecturer in college admissions & financial aid who work with domestic and international universities, educational organizations, and high schools. 

Sam Lee graduated from the Graduate School of Public Administration at Korea University and began studying at Indiana University at Bloomington in 1993. In his earlier days, he served as an academic editor for newspapers, which were published as the university's English Campus Newspaper

In 1997, he was a journalist at the Chicago branch of the JoongAng Ilbo, and as editor in chief of the JoongAng Ilbo in 2008. He held many educational seminars, including College Fair, with McDonald's in the United States at the time, and he also made great contributions as a bridge connecting the mainstream education business to Korean and Asian communities.

Since then, Sam Lee has worked at the largest and most traditional college planning firm in the United States for about two years, working as an expert in college admissions and financial aid.

He has been dedicated to American education for 30 years and has a wife, a son, and a daughter. Currently, he is President of College Planning, CEO of CPC PREP, and is an education columnist at Korea Times and JoongAng Ilbo. He is a devout Christian and currently serves as a deacon of the Korean-Western Church near Illinois Wheaton University.
